Shipping Policy

Atria Marine Group offer shipping as our main form of transport of items purchased on the website, www.atriamarinegroup.com.

A Client can use their own courier, that courier should only be sent once, Atria Marine Group has sent the order confirmation. A address needs to be provided, as well as a copy of the waybill. If no copy of the waybill has been received by Atria Marine Group, the parcel will not be released to the Collecting Courier.

If a Clients online order exceeds the standard 5kg weight limit, AMG will communicate with the client to notify the client that there maybe an additional shipping charges.

If I Client needs to return an item that they bought from the website, www.atriamarinegroup.com, the shipping of said item, will be at the Clients expense.

For Cross Border, out of South Africa, the shipping af the order will be for the Clients expense, please contact Atria Marine Group by email, atriamarinegroup@gmail.com to arrange collection.
